What I like most about this training course was how the trainer went into depth on behavioural
issues and the tools we need to apply when dealing with everyone. Quite frankly, there isn't any
suggestion nor input I would apply because the trainer went over everything so thoroughly and
touched base on very important issues. ACLD, Bethpage, NY
I really enjoyed the Universal Enhancement and Quality of Life Improvement training. Although I
do not work directly with the residents...I often listen to and advise staff. I have also taken to
heart everything you covered and applied it to my daily interactions with 'people'. Not that I didn't
have people skills before, but I needed some help with dealing with and ways to avoid
confrontation with people. I've already watched it work right before my eyes like magical powers.

I can’t wait to return to work and shake up my agency. As a new supervisor, this training is

Tom you were here at Liberty at least 3 or 4 years ago doing training on Universal Enhancement.
We had a membership dinner recently and a staff member told a story about how this woman had
recently celebrated her 80th birthday and her dream had always been to ride a horse. She then
quoted you by name and your precept and said that the thing they came up with was to arrange for
a horse and buggy ride to her party. Not only are your principles still practiced, but people still
